Theresa Biwer, CPA has been with CICS since May, 2003. She currently serves as an independent director for a number of bankruptcy remote and conduit entities. Prior to this she was the Chief Financial Officer of Smart Card Solutions, LLC from 1997 to 1999, where she was responsible for cash management, financing and banking relationships, and financial statements. From 1994 to 1996 she was the Director of Audit for Universal Foods Corporation where she was responsible for all the internal audit services, coordinating external auditors and merger and acquisition evaluation and analysis. Prior to joining Universal Foods Corporation, Theresa Biwer was a Senior Audit Manager for Deloitte & Touche, LLP from 1982 to 1994.
Theresa Biwer is a 1982 graduate of the University of Wisconsin Madison with a BA in Accounting.
